Ramen. A Japanese noodle soup with broth that varies from clear to milky and anything. This warm bowl of comfort is filled with noodles and then packed with veggies, a selection of meats, and a boiled egg.

Place: Full Steam Dumpling
Location: 1001 Center Street (Inside 11th Hour Coffee in Downtown Santa Cruz)

Hours: 5pm-9pm

Days: Wednesday-Saturday

Pros: Awesome menu that rotates. Everything is from scratch

Cons: On Thursdays it can get super busy and hard to find a seat.

Full Steam dumpling is a pop that is inside 11th Hour coffee downtown. They serve an awesome menu of delicious asian inspired food, from their Chicken and Leek Gyozas, to their delicious ramen.

They are limited with their options, and the menu changes with the seasons (as it should). But dont worry. Every ramen they have is created with intention, quality ingredients and frankly they are all great to good. The great to good scale really depends on what you like. I love a clear broth ramen over the creamy broths, but if I had a creamy broth, I still wouldn’t be mad about it.

If you like ramen, and you want a fun laid back environment great for a large group (especially outside) Go check out Full Steam, and make sure you go on the right day and right time.
